1. How does the Autre website service work?

The Autre service basically combines all the costs involved in having a website into one convenient package based on the features you want for your website for one low monthly fee, including design, hosting, maintenance, updates and technical support.

 

2.What are the Autre packages that are available?

We have a brochure package for US$59 per month, a community package for US$72 per month, a catalogue package for US$82 per month and a storefront package for US$99 per month. We also have the option for custom packages.

 

3. How is this service different from traditional website design services?

The traditional design firm will charge you one upfront design fee, usually ranging from US$500 upwards, depending on the complexity. You will then have to pay seperately to have your website hosted each month, updated if you have new information to add, and maintained by someone who can fix a problem if this arises. The Autre service eliminates the hassle of all these elements by providing you with one convenient service. Just send us your information and leave everything else to us.

 

3. How do I sign up for the service?

Choose a package, then complete our sign up form and we'll be in touch about your website needs in 2 business days or less.

 

4. How do I update my website?

Once you become our client, you will be given your own password to log into to our client area and submit your request through an update ticket. Our team will then update your website with the information you provide.

 

5. What happens if there is a problem with my website?

You can send a request for technical support by submitting a service request ticket through the client area of our website. If you can't get online you can also give us a call outlining what the problem is and we'll get right on it.

 

7. Can I upgrade from one package to another?

Sure. You will need to complete a new Implementation Request and pay the cost of the package you are upgrading to at the end of the month. The set up fee is not required again.

 

5. How do I get billed for Autre's services?

The fee for your package is due and payable on the 20th of each month. Payments can be made online through our website or via direct deposit to our accounts at NCB or ScotiaBank. An invoice is generated in your client area each month that you can download and keep for your records.

 

9. Is there a minimum service period?

Yes, customers are required to keep the service for at least 12 months.
